Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (rather extremely rare) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received and item(s) must not have been used. You can get in touch with us via the "contact" link on the website page top for a quick follow up before trying to return an item, so that we help you out with directives for a return or a refund.

We cannot offer return or refund for a change of heart on sizes, colors, models, number of items, etc...because for each item that you order, we make/create it especially for you and therefore cannot be exchanged for another one but would have to be discarded and remade.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
