Wololoy! as a store will NOT collect your information outside the scope of strictly providing you with the services/products you are asking for. Your personal information will be used to ensure that an order is valid, that it is in order and has all information necessary to complete the payment for the order, have it fulfilled and delivered to the right customer/person/entity. Your personal information might also be used to contact you for either:

*A confirmation after you have put an order, or a follow up on your order or to send you useful information about your order

*New Wololoy! products or specials that can benefit you

*Keep you posted on Wololoy! activities, campaign and products

*We will NEVER sell or give your personal information to third party for marketing purposes.



Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (rather extremely rare) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received and item(s) must not have been used. You can get in touch with us via the "contact" link on the website page top for a quick follow up before trying to return an item, so that we help you out with directives for a return or a refund.

We cannot offer return or refund for a change of heart on sizes, colors, models, number of items, etc... because for each item that you order, we make/create it especially for you and therefore cannot be exchanged for another one but would have to be discarded and remade.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.



When you order from Wololoy!, the item(s) is/are especially made/created for you and we will make you feel special as you are our only customer.

Make sure that you have the right address typed into your order to help us deliver at the right door.

From the moment of your purchase, you will start receiving emails that provide you with a confirmation of your order, then when it is fulfilled and getting prepared for you and also when it is shipped to you with a tracking number and carrier's name in order for you to track it. You can decide if you want to subscribe for automatic updates on the its transit.
